Return and Refunds Policy

IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, WE’RE HERE TO HELP.

Please note that because of the nature of these items (custom, personalized, and made-on-demand items), unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different (including wrong color, wrong size, visible defective print), we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
After making your purchase, once your order goes into production, you acknowledge and agree that you have no rights to amend or cancel your order. This allows us to pack and process your orders efficiently and minimize errors.


Validity for Exchanges & Returns

All requests for exchanges and returns must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the item. After 30 days, your rights to return are considered forfeited.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be:

  • Damaged, defective, or significantly different (wrong color, wrong size, visible defect in print)

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process claims for exchanges or refunds, even if items are mailed back to us.


Return/Exchange & Refund Procedure

If an item you received from Memolebia is damaged or defective, you may return it by mail for a refund or replacement. Please follow this procedure:

Step 1: Contact customer service via phone: +84 963 467 197 or email: contact@memolebia.com with the following information:

  1. Reason for returning

  2. Your order number

Step 2: You will receive a returns form (including a returns code) via email. Please complete this form, then print your return label and package the item(s) securely with all original packaging & accessories. Deliver to the following address:

To Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Label within 30 days of receipt.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include the completed return form.

  • Affix the shipping label provided (ensure the barcode is visible) and ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  • Products may be returned without shipping or restocking fees only if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective.

  • Once your return is processed at our warehouse, it can be exchanged for the originally purchased goods or refunded for the actual purchase price.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, typically within 3–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank (processing times can vary).

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if any product received is deemed defective or shipped incorrectly, Memolebia will bear the cost of return shipping.
