Cancellation Policy

1. We understand that sometimes customers may need to modify or cancel their orders. We offer the following conditions for order modification/cancellation:

• Customers have the right to modify/cancel their orders within 12 hours of successfully placing the order.

• After 12 hours, any request to cancel or change the order will not be accepted as the order will have been locked for processing and sent to the carrier.

2. How to modify/cancel an order? Follow these steps:

• Prepare the required information, including the order email, order number (provided by Memolebia in the order confirmation email), and specific requirements for modifying or cancelling the order.

• Send the request with the above information to contact@memolebia.com, with the subject line:
  [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number]

3. Refunds for cancelled or modified orders

• Once we receive your request, we will respond with approval or denial within 1 business day.

• The refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the email and will correspond to the cancelled order value or the reduced order value of the modified order.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
