1. Shipping Carrier
We collaborate with multiple carriers including USPS, Ontrac, Yun Express, Yanwen Express, SDH Express and others. The selection of the carrier for your order is determined by factors such as the delivery location or the specific item being shipped. We are unable to accommodate requests to change the carrier based on individual customer preferences.
At Memolebia, we are only responsible for printing and shipping your orders on time with the requested delivery service and carrier. Any delay may be caused by the carrier due to holidays and natural disasters (e.g., extreme weather conditions, etc.). We will try our best to assist and ensure customer rights are protected.
2. Business Day
A business day means any day except Saturday, Sunday, federal legal holidays, or any day on which banking institutions are authorized/required by law or government order to close.
3. Processing Time
We typically take about 3–5 business days to process your order and get it ready for shipping, depending on the type of product ordered.
4. Expected Delivery Date
Estimated delivery time frame: 12–17 business days. Delivery times are provided by carriers and may vary depending on holidays, customs, and natural disasters (e.g., severe weather conditions).
All shipments are provided with a tracking link. You can follow the tracking link to check your delivery status anytime.
5. Shipping Fee
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and number of items ordered.

6. Where Do You Ship?
We offer worldwide shipping.
Please note: We are unable to ship to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses.
7. How Can I Track My Order?
Once we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
If you created an account with Memolebia during checkout, you can log in to the “My Account” section on our website to view order status and tracking updates. (Guest checkout users will not be able to log in.)
8. Lost Orders in Transit
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 4 days after the estimated delivery date. Don’t worry—we’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask you to confirm your shipping address or check with your local post office before sending a replacement.
If tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact us immediately for assistance.
9. Wrong Recipient Address
If the shipping address provided was incorrect, the customer is responsible. Packages are usually returned to our facility. Once received, we’ll notify you.
Re-shipping costs:

$7 per item for US deliveries

$10 per item for international deliveries
If the package was not returned to us, you would need to place a new order.
10. Returned to Sender
Orders may be returned due to undeliverable addresses, customs rejections, or refusal by the recipient. You will be notified when your order arrives back at our facility.
We will contact you to confirm how you’d like to proceed. New shipping charges will apply for reshipments.
11. Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Memolebia covers courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors, or misrouted packages.
If a package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please:

12. Damaged or Defective Products
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please send a photo of the product to contact@memolebia.com. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
